Our Objective

We focus on private equity and capital markets equity long short strategies. We perform all investment due diligence, hedging and execution decisions for the fund. Our primary strategy focus is finding opportunities and building value in small and mid cap sectors in the public and private markets. We have a portfolio of investments in the US as well as overseas.

We partner with our clients to build long term advisory relationships. In doing so we focus on our client's business needs. This can be financing, management, strategy, or all of the above.

Capital Markets

We use our proprietary models to invest in publicly traded companies in the small cap space both in the US and overseas markets.

Private Equity

We are direct investors in companies across different industries. We are always looking for companies with a strong management team to partner with.
